Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, or Juicebox.
• Experience sourcing technical talent across engineering disciplines and non-technical disciplines.
• Previous experience sourcing cleared talent.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sourcing support for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and functional areas.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver talent acquisition solutions to recruiters.
• Source and recruit qualified talent while maintaining excellent customer service with hiring managers and candidates.
• Collaborate with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and present sourcing plans.
• Support events-based sourcing and targeted career fairs.
• Attract cleared talent and maintain knowledge of security clearances.
• Ensure data integrity in the candidate management database.
• Leverage sourcing data in weekly discussions with TA leadership.
