Job summary

Jobgether is hiring a fully remote, full-time recruiter focused on building proactive talent communities for US-based roles. You will own end-to-end recruitment across multiple families, from sourcing to placement, while maintaining relationships and continuously improving processes.

You will work in a metrics-driven, autonomous environment where AI and automation help you scale sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement. This role offers strong ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and maintaining candidate communities.
• Experience interviewing and vetting candidates before roles open.
• Strong ability to segment and nurture pools and re-engage candidates.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and optimize processes.
• Experience working with US-based roles/clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a proactive talent community through sourcing, interviewing, and vetting.
• Segment candidates by role, seniority, readiness, and availability.
• Maintain re-engagement cadences to keep candidates informed.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles from posting to placement.
• Develop compelling job postings to attract target candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and performance bars.
• Conduct structured interviews and present concise shortlists to hiring managers.
• Deliver timely candidate feedback and nurture future hires.
• Use AI and automation to improve sourcing and screening processes.
• Lead at least one recruitment improvement initiative.
• Track weekly metrics and communicate performance.
• Aim for 14-day time-to-fill and rapid candidate presentations.
