Qualifications

• Strong understanding of performance metrics, data analytics, and employee engagement techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in performance management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
