The Rave/Eagles Club in Milwaukee, WI seeks a qualified Talent Buyer to expand bookings for 2,000–4,000 person clubs. The role involves negotiating with agents, coordinating show details with marketing and ticketing, and developing new event properties.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of related experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record in the music industry. Remote work is possible for qualified applicants.

Formación

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in the music industry and existing relationships in the music sector.

Responsabilidades

• Buy profitable talent by contacting agents and managing inbound requests.
• Negotiate offers with music agents and prepare shows for artist management.
• Coordinate show details with marketing and ticketing to ensure on-sale success.
• Create and monitor show budgets to keep events within budget.
• Handle settlements for shows when needed.
• Develop creative properties to grow into annual events.
• Network with agents, artist management, venue managers, and clients.
