Job summary

Lakeview Marina Music Park and High Dive HiFi Lounge are seeking a full-time Talent Buyer & Programming Manager to own booking and production for our state-of-the-art venue in Birmingham, AL. You will coordinate calendars across all spaces, build offers, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth settlements from advance to show completion.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in booking or talent-buying, with strong offer authority and a data-driven, hospitality-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in booking or talent-buying roles is required.
• Ability to manage calendars across multiple performance spaces.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Book national touring acts along with local artists and DJs.
• Own the calendar across all performance spaces.
• Build offers, negotiate deals, manage contracts, and settle shows.
• Lead a production and backstage team and advance every show.
