Job summary

Lakeview Marina Music Park and High Dive HiFi Lounge are seeking a full-time Talent Buyer & Programming Manager to own booking and production for our state-of-the-art venue. The role requires leadership across advance-to-settlement processes and calendar management for multiple performance spaces.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of booking or talent-buying experience, including independent offer authority, and a data-driven approach to promotions and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of booking or talent-buying experience with own offer authority.
• Systems- and data-driven approach to promotions and pacing.
• Experience booking national touring acts and local artists.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Book national touring acts and local artists/DJs.
• Own the calendar across all performance spaces.
• Build offers, negotiate deals, manage contracts, and settle shows.
• Lead production/backstage team and advance every show.
• Manage ticketing and work with Marketing to pack the house.
