Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years as BA/Functional Consultant/HR tech analyst with HCM expertise (esp. Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud).
• Hands-on ORC experience: requisition config, candidate mgmt, onboarding workflows.
• Experience with Oracle Talent Management modules: PM, Goal Mgmt, Succession, Career Dev, Talent Review.
• Strong skills in business process analysis, requirements docs, gap-fit analysis, and functional config.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ORC and Talent Management strategy, aligning with global HR transformation.
• Lead ORC optimization, analyze recruiting workflows, reduce bottlenecks, improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Translate HR needs into functional specs, flows, and config docs for Fusion HCM.
• Govern talent processes across units and sites with standardized performance reviews and succession.
• Partner with TA, HRBPs, COEs, and Org Development to align tech with workforce strategies.
• Lead quarterly Oracle Cloud release readiness and stakeholder communications.
