Job summary

People Science is seeking an experienced Talent Advisor (Recruiter) to support a healthcare organization hiring for clinical laboratories. You will recruit for Medical Technologists, MLS, and SBB-certified specialists, manage full-cycle processes, and source candidates through outreach and partnerships.

You will screen for both technical skills and mission alignment, ensuring coverage for 24/7 operations while maintaining records in Workday and Hiregate. A strong DEI focus is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting in healthcare or clinical labs.
• Knowledge of regulatory/credentialing requirements (CLIA, ASCP, AABB).
• Experience hiring MT/MLS/SBB-certified professionals.
• Familiar with Workday or similar ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for laboratory roles.
• Source qualified candidates via direct outreach and partnerships.
• Screen for technical proficiency and mission alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers for 24/7 lab staffing coverage.
• Maintain applicant records using Workday and Hiregate.
• Contribute to DEI-focused hiring strategies.
