Job summary

Bridge Defense is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Services, and Corporate units, with emphasis on technical and cleared professionals for national security roles.

You will partner with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create sourcing strategies, and manage candidates from outreach through offers, while maintaining a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, with demonstrated experience recruiting engineering, software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other highly technical talent.
• Full recruiting lifecycle experience including sourcing, screening, interview management, offers, and closing.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidates during screening.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines.
• Independent work style in a fast-paced environment.]
• Experience recruiting within defense tech or government contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive engineering candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Develop thoughtful, personalized candidate outreach reflecting the position and candidate experience.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess experience, technical fit, compensation expectations, location, clearance, and overall fit.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and interview teams.
