Paynada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and hire top sales and revenue-generating talent nationwide. This fully remote role focuses on Payroll, HCM, Payments, and FinTech industries, requiring proactive sourcing and strong partner collaboration with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in payroll, HCM, PEO, or FinTech.
• Proven success sourcing outside sales and revenue roles.
• Solid knowledge of Payroll, HCM, Merchant Services, Payment Processing or related industries.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions remotely.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates in target industries.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and networking to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for competitive markets.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define priorities and requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Represent Paynada to candidates as a strong brand ambassador.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in ADP Workforce Now and other ATS.
• Meet or exceed recruiting performance targets.
