Job summary

Paynada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire top sales and revenue-generating talent nationwide in Payroll, HCM, Payments, and FinTech. This fully remote role emphasizes proactive recruiting, strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring leaders to understand priorities.

You will use traditional and creative sourcing methods, conduct screenings, and ensure a superior candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in B2B or FinTech roles.
• Experience sourcing outside sales and revenue-generating positions.
• Familiarity with Payroll/HCM, Merchant Services, or Payments industries.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across our organization, with a primary focus on sales and revenue-generating roles within the Payroll, HCM, Merchant Services, Payments, and FinTech industries.

This individual will leverage traditional recruiting methods, creative sourcing strategies, networking, and industry expertise to identify and engage top performers nationwide. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who understands competitive talent markets, builds strong candidate pipelines, and serves as a trusted partner to hiring leaders.

This is a fully remote, home-based position that requires phone and video interviewing.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates from Payroll, HCM, PEO, Payments, Merchant Services, FinTech, and related industries
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry groups, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to stay ahead in highly competitive talent markets
• Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, cultural alignment, and career motivations
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and talent requirements
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Paynada and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective candidates
• Stay informed on industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor talent strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting platforms
• Consistently meet or exceed recruiting performance goals and hiring targets
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within Payroll, HCM, PEO, Merchant Services, Payments, FinTech, or B2B sales environments
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting outside sales professionals, account executives, business consultants, and other revenue-generating roles
• Strong understanding of Payroll, HCM, Merchant Services, Payment Processing, or related industries
• Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines and fill positions in competitive markets
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a remote environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related recruiting technologies
• Reliable home internet connection and dedicated workspace
