Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, from intake to offer, with a 40-hour work week and a fully remote schedule. You will build diverse talent pipelines, advise hiring leaders on role requirements, interview approaches, and market trends, and participate in recruiting events while promoting our employee value proposition.

The role emphasizes lean improvements and strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, recruitment planning, job posting review, creative sourcing, resume evaluation, candidate screening, presentation of qualified and diverse candidates, interview-process coordination, offer consultation in partnership with Compensation, and offer extension.
• Develops and maintains diverse talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, high-volume, and strategic roles through professional networks, associations, social media, online tools, community partnerships, referrals, market research, and targeted outreach.
• Serves as a trusted talent consultant to hiring leaders by consulting on role requirements, selection criteria, interview approach, candidate feedback, workforce needs, recruitment risks, internal mobility opportunities, and career pathways.
• Represents the organization at internal and external recruiting events, career fairs, professional meetings, and community or academic partnerships.
• Participates in lean improvements and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen TA processes and stakeholder experience.
