Job summary

Genea is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own US hiring, leading full-cycle recruiting across corporate, operations, marketing, and technology. You will partner with the Chief People Officer, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to drive intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offers for approximately 50 hires annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate (in-house) recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for both technical roles (engineering, product) and non-technical corporate roles.
• Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, growing SaaS or technology company.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Experience extending and negotiating offers.
• Working proficiency with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong collaboration with HR Partners, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Willingness to travel to Irvine, CA office 2–4 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 50 US hires per year across corporate, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Technology, and Product roles.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, criteria, interview plans, and timelines.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels to build pipelines.
• Develop creative recruiting and sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen candidates, present qualified shortlists with recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage interview processes and candidate communications for a consistent experience.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers with HR and hiring managers.
