Job summary

ICF is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruiting for the Utility Programs and Services (UPS) Division. This fully remote role enables candidates to work across the United States within US time zones.

Based in Reston, VA, the team collaborates with hiring managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to drive sourcing, screening, and selection while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-volume environments.
• 2+ years of coordination, scheduling, logistics, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting to support hiring needs across the UPS Division.
• Sourcing and talent attraction to identify qualified candidates and build pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and support selection activities.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Manage systems compliance and reporting related to recruiting activities.
• Contribute to professional growth and collaboration with Talent Acquisition colleagues and HR partners.
