Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for Federal professional services, with emphasis on cleared candidates (up to TS/SCI).

You will collaborate with TA specialists and hiring managers to staff critical positions across business units, using creative sourcing and careful candidate assessment. This role is performed primarily remotely, with some required visits to SPA's HQ in Alexandria, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience in a Federal professional services contracting environment, with a focus on recruiting cleared candidates (up to TS/SCI).
• Strong professional communication (written and oral) and teamwork skills.
• Able to adapt to and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Self-starter with innate curiosity for learning a new role.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Review new job requisitions for approval and align needs with qualified candidates.
• Review resumes for skills, experience, and fit for position requirements.
• Source candidates on job boards and via iCIMS system.
• Telephone conversations with candidates about role and interests.
• Submit candidates to hiring team and coordinate interview requests.
