Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a full-cycle recruiting role.
• Experience in high-turnover environments such as manufacturing or similar.
• Post-secondary certificate or diploma preferred.
• Exceptional time management with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to travel across North America (~10%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee full cycle talent acquisition across functional groups, focusing on production operations.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of candidates and explore new sourcing channels.
• Develop expertise in requisitions to forecast hiring plans.
• Maintain relationships with business leaders, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate events and onboarding for new hires.
• Manage onboarding and paperwork for new hires and consultants.
