Dexterra is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried, general labour and trades positions within our remote services division. You will source, screen, interview by phone, create postings, coordinate with HR, and participate in onboarding to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborating with senior managers and HR, you will help fill requisitions, develop process improvements, and support the employer brand through career events and tracking systems.

Reporting to the Workforce Planning & Business Analyst, the Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing all vacant requisitions (Salaried, General Labour, Trades)within remote services division. Supported by the Workforce Planning & Business Analyst you will collaborate with Vice President Emerging Markets & Strategic Development, Senior Managers and Human Resources to fill our recruitment pipeline and attract key talent that aligns with the Dexterra's brand.
In the role of Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting; from developing postings, sourcing and screening candidates, phone interviewing, and participating in onboarding of new employees.
