BairesDev invites a motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. You will assist in identifying candidates, evaluating applicants, and improving recruitment processes in a fully remote environment.

We value proactive, detail-oriented professionals with teamwork and multitasking abilities, and at least one year of experience. Advanced English is required.

• Support the Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates.
• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates.
• Identify opportunities to improve current processes.
• Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate applicants.
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for searches.
