Confluent Health is seeking Travel Physical Therapists to work across our 650+ clinics nationwide, gaining diverse clinical experience while advancing your skills through education and development programs. You will be mentored and connected with leadership to select travel locations that fit your career goals.

You will document care, ensure HIPAA and Medicare compliance, communicate with patients and the healthcare team, and deliver high-quality patient outcomes in varied settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DPT from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Unrestricted PT licensure in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter – help patients achieve their best outcomes.
• Appropriately document all aspects of care including clinical services, billing and correspondence with the healthcare team and the public using our industry leading technology tools.
• Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding.
• Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
• Partner with leadership to select travel locations throughout the 650+ clinics nationwide.
