Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, RPO, manufacturing, or related environments.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., iCIMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, warehouse, maintenance, skilled trades, and frontline leadership roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through community partnerships, referrals, job boards, social media, events, and outreach.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences as a Reynolds brand ambassador.
• Drive hiring results by moving candidates efficiently through selection and maintaining momentum.
• Support compliance with EEO, OFCCP and other regulations and maintain accurate ATS documentation.
