Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is required.
• Equivalent years of experience may substitute for education.
• Three (3) years of recruiting and/or talent management is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit internal and external candidates and coordinate recruitment plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure accurate job descriptions and effective interviewing.
• Drive applicant flow and raise brand awareness in the Des Moines market.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR support staff.
