Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition Operations leader to coordinate a distributed recruiting team across the U.S. and India. You will manage background investigations, vendor partnerships, referrals, and TA tooling while driving process improvements and data integrity.

The role emphasizes compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable workflows to support rapid growth and audit readiness. Remote work is supported for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least eight years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR operations.
• Experience managing background investigation programs in large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing external vendors, staffing suppliers, or RPO partners.
• Ability to improve TA processes and establish standardized workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as central operational point for distributed recruiting team in US and India.
• Own end-to-end background screening program including vendor relationships and audits.
• Administer employee referral program with rules, payouts, and reporting.
• Coordinate with staffing suppliers, RPO partners, and SLA management.
• Oversee vendors supporting TA tools and services; track budgets and renewals.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and develop recurring recruiting dashboards.
