Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager 2 to lead a team of 6–8 recruiters supporting our Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) and Corporate Functions. The role may be virtual from any U.S. state and requires up to 25% travel.

You will design and implement recruiting strategies, coach the team, and partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition outcomes while leveraging data to optimize processes and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience; or Master’s degree and 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, including coaching and mentoring other TA professionals.
• Demonstrated experience influencing leaders and stakeholders using data and metrics to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
• Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals for CIDO and Corporate Functions.
• Build partnerships with senior leadership, HR, and key stakeholders to influence decisions and deliver outcomes.
• Use recruiting metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement.
