Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting process from requisition to onboarding.
• Post and maintain job ads on various platforms.
• Partner with managers to set recruiting priorities and strategies.
• Develop and maintain standardized recruiting processes and dashboards.
