Welty Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate electrical utility projects from planning through construction. The role emphasizes communication with stakeholders, ensuring constructability, and maintaining schedules and budgets across distribution and transmission initiatives.

Remote-friendly position requiring proximity to PA or WV for travel to client sites, with 15-20% travel. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and 3+ years in utility project

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant experience in electric utility project management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective leadership and organizational skills.

Mansioni

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication across all project life cycles.
Serve as primary client contact for project(s) and drive alignment.
Review specifications, drawings, contracts, and construction documents for constructability and compliance.
Schedule and lead project planning and status meetings to manage schedule and budget.
Provide regular status updates on engineering, construction, and budget to management teams.
Coordinate construction package reviews, field visits, and pre-award activities to maintain readiness.
