Welty Energy is seeking Project Specialists, Coordinators, Assistant PMs and Engineers to join our program and project management team. You will coordinate low voltage to major capital projects in the electric utility sector and may travel to client sites as required (15–20%).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electric utility project management.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management for the Utility sector.
• Electric utility project management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout project life cycle.
• Serve as primary client contact for projects.
• Review specifications, drawings, contracts, and construction documents for constructability.
• Schedule and lead project planning and status meetings to track schedule and budget.
• Provide schedule updates to internal and external management teams.
• Oversee construction package reviews, pre-award meetings, site visits.
• Act as single point of contact for construction submittals and coordination of documents.
• Ensure clearance points, right-of-way, and outages are identified and communicated.
• Mentor and train Project Coordinators.
• Assist Portfolio Managers with coordination, preparation, and reporting of major activities.
