Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a Test Team Lead to serve as the technical authority for test planning, execution, and verification of the F-35 LogIT solution. You will drive enterprise test strategy, DoDAF-aligned verification, and agile test execution across multiple platforms and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in systems engineering, software quality engineering, or test leadership for defense or large-scale systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in U.S. military or multi-agency environments.
• Knowledge of DoDAF views, interface verification, requirements traceability, and system-of-systems integration.
• Proven Agile delivery experience (SAFe, Scrum) with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with automated test management tools and Jira; ability to operate across security enclaves.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern enterprise test strategy across full system lifecycle.
• Coordinate integration, UAT, and system-of-systems verification for F-35 LogIT.
• Lead test readiness reviews and defect triage with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain automated regression framework and CI/CD integration.
• Ensure test artifacts align with DoDAF views and architecture products.
