Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Level 3 Systems Engineer Sr for F-35 Test Operations and Planning. You will scope, plan, and coordinate testing across software, architecture, design, and system test teams to ensure modernization, sustainment, and development of the F-35 program.

The role emphasizes coordinating testing processes, lab readiness, and reporting results to leadership, requiring strong collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and a US citizen with ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading integration and test activities across multiple teams.
• Ability to develop and execute technical plans for complex systems.
• Background in systems engineering, design, and integration.
• Experience defining test scopes and environments for testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee test execution to align with LOB priorities and capabilities.
• Coordinate with product, development, and QA teams to meet test objectives.
• Ensure SI&T labs are prepared for builds, hardware deliveries, and changes.
• Generate comprehensive test reports for senior leadership.
