Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of presented problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems problems in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor systems regularly for site surveys and take appropriate action.
• Perform confirmation tests as directed.
• Work with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Interface heavily with customer IT personnel.
