Qualifications

• Ten years in data processing/telecommunication systems with supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in the field and 2 years in supervision.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years in the field and 2 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations coordinating support, testing teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Act as Program Sponsor for enterprise programs ensuring governance and standards.
• Forecast technology needs and plan budgets aligning with enterprise goals.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource prioritization for IT services.
• Ensure service delivery meets agency expectations with proactive communication.
• Mentor team leads to strengthen relationship management and issue resolution.
• Participate in reviews and design discussions to support secure systems.
• Set training expectations and conduct performance reviews for staff.
