This individual will play a critical role in the development of next-generation healthcare products, driving system architecture and product definition efforts for complex electromechanical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop system architecture for complex electromechanical medical technology products.
• Lead systems engineering efforts throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Translate business, clinical, and technical requirements into robust system-level designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, electrical, mechanical, quality, and product management.
• Drive requirements definition, system decomposition, and interface management activities.
• Support verification and validation planning to ensure system performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies during product development.
• Contribute to the advancement of innovative pharmacy automation solutions that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
• Experience working with electromechanical systems.

• Experience defining or contributing to system architecture for complex products.
