Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems engineering experience with electromechanical and robotic products.
• Experience with full product development lifecycle for complex systems.
• Familiarity with DOORS or Jama Connect for requirements management.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies, FMEA, and hazard analyses.
• Experience developing and executing verification and validation activities.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

The ideal Senior Staff Systems Engineer will lead the development and lifecycle management of advanced pharmacy automation products, driving systems engineering efforts across complex electromechanical and robotic solutions in a highly regulated environment.

Compensation for the Senior Staff Systems Engineer includes:

• Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 annually depending on experience.
