Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly capable Systems Engineer SME to join our National Security Solutions team. This role supports the ABMS Program Office by serving as an architect and engineering leader, with duties across digital infrastructure and mission-critical environments.

The position offers remote work, travel 0-35%, and requires TS/SCI with SAP eligibility; a Mathematics degree and 10+ years in cyber, cloud, and tactical operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
• Minimum 10 years of cyber, cloud, and tactical experience.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management.
• Active TS/SCI with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead network architect and ensure all requirements are met.
• Manage cross-functional PMO teams across tactical environments.
• Oversee prototype development to meet mission objectives.
• Lead technical evaluations and translate outcomes for partners.
• Identify gaps and risks; propose mitigation with customer.
• Coordinate with customer on cyber, cloud, and interface needs.
