Qualifications

• Maintain virtual desktop systems; manage NetScaler Gateways; document procedures.
• Troubleshoot EPS tasks; update drivers; deploy EPIC Kuiper packages.
• Register hyperspace URLs; update client packs for Citrix servers; document processes.
• Perform system administrator tasks and manage server components.
• Monitor systems; ensure security, backups and redundancy.
• Assist design of information systems; support high availability infrastructure.
• Plan projects with vendors; read blueprints and technical drawings.
