Job summary

DCG Technical Solutions, a New Charter Technologies Company, seeks a Systems Engineer to maintain and support client IT environments with emphasis on Azure servers, Intune, conditional access, and AD Group Policy. Daily field travel to LA County is required in a remote/hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in network/server support, familiarity with VMware/Hyper‑V, Office 365 tooling, and MFA solutions. Strong collaboration with a seasoned team is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network and server support.
• At least 1 year of experience in virtual/cloud environments.
• Strong Windows Active Directory knowledge and administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Office 365 management and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with network connectivity troubleshooting and VPNs.
• Experience with MFA tools (Duo, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator).
• Exposure to SharePoint and Azure services is desirable.
• Experience with VoIP deployment and VLANs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for corporate clients across LAN/WAN.
• Maintain and optimize existing IT environments for reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with internal teams.
• Support and administer Azure-based servers and services.
• Configure Intune device policies, apps deployment, and compliance settings.
• Implement and manage conditional access policies.
• Assist with Group Policy administration and rollout.
• Provide mid-level Active Directory support.
