Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in network and server support.
• Experience in virtual/cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of Windows Active Directory administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Exposure to Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for corporate clients across local and wide area networks.
• Maintain and optimize existing IT environments for reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with internal teams.
• Support and administer Azure-based servers and services.
• Configure and manage Intune device policies, deployments, and compliance.
• Implement and maintain conditional access policies.
• Assist with Group Policy administration and rollout.
• Provide moderate-level support for Active Directory environments.
