Job summary

Peraton is seeking a System & Data Integration Specialist to support FAA E-IDS end-to-end integration, including data mapping, layout development, and network awareness across NAS facilities. Candidates should map requirements from FAA facilities and configure layouts aligned with NAS-wide standards.

The role requires extensive multi-site deployment experience, Linux proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot interface issues, data flows, and hardware configurations in mission-critical

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to start.
• Bachelor's degree and 12 years' related experience or Master's degree and 10 years experience or Associate's degree and 14 years' experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 16 years' experience.
• 10+ years of systems integration experience supporting complex, multi-vendor network, communications, infrastructure, and software environments.
• 2+ years of experience configuring and validating Cisco, Dell, and HPE/Aruba infrastructure using vendor management interfaces.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing end-to-end system functionality, validating architecture, tracing data flows, and troubleshooting interface issues across integrated systems.
• 2+ years of experience administering Linux systems using command-line utilities to perform system navigation, configuration verification, log analysis, file management, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support full E-IDS System Integration across data, layouts, network components, and facility workflows.
• Gather operational requirements directly from FAA facilities.
• Build LDAs by mapping NDC fields to site-specific operational needs.
• Validate data accuracy, layout behavior, system interfaces, and interoperability.
• Deploy configurations and support iterative refinement across test and operational environments.
• Document field mappings, layout decisions, template structures, system behaviors, and configuration changes.
• Support system integration from hardware setup, logistics coordination, software configuration, and cutover activities.
