You are a builder of systems, an excellent project manager, and data-driven. You’ll collaborate remotely, learn new tools, and drive automation where it adds value, while keeping a sharp eye on detail and the big picture.

Responsibilities

• Build Convergent’s programmatic operating infrastructure.
• Own applicant and selection operations, from applications to decisions.
• Capture feedback and maintain a structured historical record.
• Define metrics and dashboards for program visibility.
• Manage cross-functional projects with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Improve workflows and reduce operational friction.
• Build playbooks and templates to standardize ways of working.
• Pitch in on additional initiatives as the org grows.
