Reliable Robotics Corporation is seeking a Systems Architect to join the Systems team responsible for architecting certifiable, safety-critical flight systems for autonomous aircraft. You will contribute to development in a dynamic startup environment and work with cross-functional groups to advance our autonomous flight capabilities.

This role allows remote work or on-site presence at Mountain View, CA, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years designing and integrating complex aerospace systems.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.

Responsabilités

• Define new functions to control autonomous aircraft and manage contingencies.
• Define relationships between vehicle, pilot, and support system for remotely operated aircraft.
• Decompose functions, define architecture, and allocate functionality.
• Perform trades studies on performance, risk, cost of solutions.
• Collaborate with system and safety analysts to meet safety and security requirements.
• Derive and validate requirements and interfaces for next design level.
• Support product development through production, test, and certification.
