Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is offering a fully remote internship for Spring 2027, focused on systems analytics within the loan operations team. The position targets students enrolled in US universities with information technology, business or finance backgrounds.

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled as a student in a US university with a degree focus in Business, IT, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
Successful completion of an analytics or systems analyst course is required.
Prior experience with system administration and/or reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, or SQL Server Management Studio is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, adaptability and attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Support analytical and administrative activities related to the commercial loan system operations and department reporting.
Include commercial loan system administration and reports on deposit and lending activities.
Synthesize large data sets from multiple systems into actionable insights.
Collaborate with other areas of the credit union as needed.
Internship to start Spring 2027.
