Job summary

Inceed has partnered with a great company to recruit a skilled Systems Analyst for a long-term contract. The position is fully remote and focuses on supporting a portfolio of business applications across core systems, with emphasis on Salesforce and Quorum Land Systems.

You will work with business users, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system enhancements and future improvements in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications in a systems analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Quorum Land Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise or business-facing applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for business applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Partner with teams on system enhancements and upgrades.
• Help maintain stability across key enterprise platforms.
• Gather business needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Assist with Salesforce support and process improvements.
• Support Quorum Land Systems administration and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams during project transitions.
