Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; translate vague bugs into reproducible issues.

Responsibilities

• Support identity and access management for a broad set of applications (40% routine, 60% complex requests).
• Triage and resolve tickets across Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and internal tools; escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot bugs, system errors, and unexpected behaviors; coordinate with engineering.
• Process and validate access requests; perform system validation for tools used by teams and customers.
• Manage escalations through Jira; support Sev incidents as liaison between teams and engineers.
• Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and improve response times.
• Document troubleshooting steps and known issues for a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify recurring pain points and fixes.
