Job summary

Pohlad Companies seeks a Systems Administrator to manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender across multiple tenants and locations. You will balance customer service with security practices while maintaining reliable identity, endpoint, and server infrastructure.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with IT leadership and external partners to sustain a secure, well-documented environment and support two Microsoft tenants in a multi-tenant setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT experience including systems administration and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for IT Support team and coordinate with IT Manager.
• Maintain, support, and improve Microsoft 365, identity services, and security configurations.
• Apply security patches, vulnerability remediations, and operational best practices.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and documentation of controls.
• Coordinate with vSOC provider and network vendors on security incidents.
• Develop and maintain incident response and security awareness materials.
• Produce clear technical documentation of configurations and procedures.
