Job summary

The Siegel Group is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage Microsoft 365, enterprise infrastructure, endpoint security, and network operations across a growing portfolio of hospitality and residential brands in the United States.

You will secure identities with Entra ID, Intune, and MFA, configure Fortinet firewalls and VPNs, monitor EDR/SIEM, and automate tasks with PowerShell while partnering with IT leadership to deliver reliable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of systems administration or infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls preferred.
• Experience with EDR and SIEM solutions.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security.
• Deploy and support Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Configure Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
• Monitor EDR and SIEM platforms and respond to security alerts.
• Automate administrative tasks with PowerShell.
• Support vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Create technical documentation and mentor IT team members.
• Serve as the escalation point for advanced technical issues.
