Job summary

LifeSci Partners is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in New York to manage Windows, macOS, and cloud environments, ensuring secure, available enterprise systems. You will administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Intune, with a focus on IAM, SSO, MFA, and device management.

You will also support end users, automate routines with PowerShell, and participate in deployment and lifecycle management of core applications.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT operations roles.
Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and device management.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows, macOS, and cloud-based environments.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operations.
Manage servers, storage, networking equipment, and endpoint devices.
Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Support end users and serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
