Job summary

Exigo Technology Services is seeking a Systems Administrator to join its managed services team and support client infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud, using Exigo’s tools, standards, and service delivery processes.

The Systems Administrator supports network infrastructure, Microsoft platforms, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, domain infrastructure, identity management, server setup and management, cloud and on-premise systems, and network administration.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in network/server support services (preferred in lieu of a degree).
• Current understanding of Windows Server 2016+ and Active Directory.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN design, topology, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with cloud and on-premise infrastructure (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage and backup technologies.
• Experience with VPN, IPsec, certificates, and firewall administration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, troubleshoot, and maintain servers across customer environments.
• Manage servers including email, print, backup, and related services.
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and identity management.
• Perform remote and occasional onsite support for customer infrastructure.
• Support cloud and on-premise infrastructure per documented standards.
• Configure and support routers, firewalls, VPNs, and related security services.
• Design and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity across environments.
• Maintain documentation and follow service delivery procedures.
• Mentor desktop support and field technicians; collaborate with team and vendors.
