Job summary

BigBear.ai is hiring a Systems Administrator to join our IT Operations team and help design, automate, and manage our modern enterprise infrastructure across Windows and macOS endpoints.

The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker with strong scripting skills and experience administering Microsoft cloud technologies, including Intune and Microsoft 365, while pushing automation and standardization across the environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering or administration.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS enterprise environments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell and Python.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, deploy, and manage Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
• Develop automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts for provisioning and reporting.
• Manage Intune policies, device compliance, app deployment, and endpoint security.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint.
• Maintain and optimize RMM platforms to proactively manage endpoint health.
• Build documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Help Desk to improve reliability and UX.
• Participate in infra improvements and adopt new technologies.
