Job summary

Maximus is seeking a System Test Engineer for the USAF mission. The role requires analytical skills to support process improvement, requirements, and various testing levels, including manual and automated testing. It is a remote position and requires TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities include developing test documents, defining procedures, and executing unit through end-to-end tests, with up to 20% travel. Collaboration in DoD DevSecOps environments is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's may substitute for 2 years).
• 5 years of recent and relevant experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various systems tests.
• 3 years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira).
• 3 years of experience testing web-based applications.
• Experience testing RESTful interfaces and RESTful data exchange.
• Experience testing in cloud environments.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop test documents and procedures for testing activities.
• Perform manual and automated testing across unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end levels.
• Support process improvement and definition of test requirements.
• Engage in DoD DevSecOps integration activities as needed.
