Job summary

The System Test Engineer role at Maximus supports the USAF mission by delivering analytical testing, developing test documents, and executing manual and automated tests across unit, integration, functional and end-to-end levels.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5 years of testing experience, with Jira usage and cloud testing experience preferred. Travel 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's may substitute for 2 years).
• 5 years of testing experience in preparing, conducting and documenting tests.
• 3 years using bug-tracking software (e.g., Jira).
• 3 years testing web-based applications.
• Experience testing RESTful interfaces and cloud environments.
• DCWF Job Code: 671 Intermediate.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for system testing across multiple test types.
• Develop test documents and procedures for test activities.
• Perform manual and automated testing including unit, integration, functional and end-to-end testing.
• Support process improvement and requirements definition.
