PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a System Reliability & Support Lead to oversee monitoring, maintenance, and modernization of critical systems to ensure stability and adherence to technology standards.

Based remotely in Pennsylvania, with possible select geographic remote work; you will mentor junior staff, manage patches, incident handling, and governance activities while coordinating with delivery teams in a highly collaborative technology environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience; degree preferred.
• University/college degree required; certifications may be desired.
• In lieu of a degree, equivalent education or certifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring, maintenance, and modernization of systems to ensure stability.
• Perform patches and upgrades; coordinate with teams to implement changes.
• Incident detection, resolution, or escalation with root-cause analysis and reporting.
• Monitor availability, performance, and capacity; report trends and improve reliability.
• Educate and coach junior staff to deepen system knowledge.
• Governance duties including attestations, continuity testing, audits, and compliance.
